How Personalization Works
1. Choose Your Package
Select Essential Tribute, Cherished Memories, or Signature Celebration.
2. Submit Your Details
Provide your loved one’s name, dates, obituary or life story, service information, preferred colors, wording, and high-quality photographs.
3. Review Your Proof
You will receive a digital proof. Each package includes up to two design revisions.
4. Approve for Production
Printing and keepsake production begin only after final approval. Turnaround time starts after all required information and photographs have been received.
Payment for Celebration of Life Packages
A 50% non-refundable deposit is generally required before design work begins. The remaining balance is due immediately upon final proof approval and before printing, production, or keepsake preparation begins.
Rush fees, approved add-ons, additional revisions, quantity changes, or post-approval changes must be paid before the related additional work begins.
