By uploading content, you represent that you own the rights to the photos and text provided. Just Enuff Graphix reserves the right to refuse service for content that violates copyright or community standards.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, all custom items are final sale. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
Ownership of Designs
All custom designs created by Just Enuff Graphix, including memorial platters, apparel graphics, and drinkware layouts, remain the intellectual property of Just Enuff Graphix unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. While users provide the base photos and text, the artistic arrangement, composition, and final production files are proprietary to our studio.
By submitting your photos and text, you grant Just Enuff Graphix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all content submitted for customization.
